Ce projet est réalisé à la demande d’un client Restaurateur à Vinsobres dans la Drome.Si vous vous arrêtez à « l’AUBERGE DU PETIT BISTROT »,vous pourrez voir cette réalisation du » casque sourire » du jeune motard.

Voici quelques photos démonstration des différentes étapes à suivre pour la réalisation d’une peinture « sourire » sur casque moto

This project is commissioned by a customer in the restorer to Vinsobres Drome.Si you stop at the « Auberge du Petit Bistrot », you will see the realization of the « helmet smile » of the young rider.

Here are some pictures demonstrating the different steps for the realization of a painting « smile » on helmet

1-Les joints et les parties non peinte sont cachées avec du tape.

2-Les trous ont été rebouché avec de la résine Epoxy

3-Mastiquage avec du mastique de finition polyester
3-Puttying with polyester filler

4-Ponçage du casque afin d’enlever les anciennes couches de vernis

et permettre à la peinture d’adhérer.Un apprêt est posé avant de

dessiner le projet sur la surface du casque.

5-Une fois les dessins terminés ici » le sourire et un personnage » à l’arrière du casque

La peinture est appliquée ainsi qu’un vernis spécial qui donnera de la profondeur et du relief

ainsi qu’une brillance au dessin final.L’application de ce vernis permettra une longue tenue dans le temps

et une protection Garantie!
